Easter is almost here! As I may have mentioned....I love all holidays!! I love decorating for holidays and any excuse to create memories and follow through on traditions. Your dad and I have been decorating eggs together for a couple of years and last night we continued the tradition with help from your Grams too. She was instrumental in providing the hard boiled eggs (due to bowling, birth class, and general tiredness happening around here...I sort of dropped the ball). The only flaw in this otherwise perfect plan, was the egg dying kits we were using were about a year old...and I think that might have affected some of the coloration a bit. Things to note: your dad is really creative when it comes to egg dying and I'm obsessed with "ombre eggs" (where the color goes from light to dark). Either way, it was so much fun and we can't wait for you to participate next year! (Of course we did include you this year though too ;)
